Bulk adding / replacing tags

LJ-Sec now allows you to either add or replace tags on checked entries. The process is pretty simple:

1. Check the journal entries you wish to add tags to, or replace tags to.
2. Go to the Journal menu and select Tag Management
   
   
3. Select to either add a tag to the checked entries, or "re-tag" (aka replace) checked entries
4. Type in the tag(s) to either add or replace. Seperate multiple tags by commas.
5. Wait for the journal to finish processing
6. You are done!
